General Questions

Q- When is the cutoff date to become effective?

A- The cutoff is 10 days before the end of the month.
Q- What type of payments do you accept?
A- We take credit cards and checks.  We will draft the monthly premiums from your checking account. We will draft your 
     account on the 17th for the 1st effective date and on the 2nd for a 15th effective date.

Q- What do I receive in the mail?

A- It all depends on what Affordable Healthcare plan you are on.
    IF you are on the the following:

LIMITED BENEFIT PLANS- MONSTER, MINI MONSTER, DIAMOND, GOLD, SILVER PLANS- you will receive from: Two insurance companies will mail you benefits and one insurance company we sign you up, nothing mailed. The discounted and Free benefits will be mailed to you and we enroll you in the $500 super lab physicals. 

LIMITED BENEFIT PLANS- GIGANTIC and GIGANTIC MINI AND ALL ASSOCIATION PLANS  - One Insurance company will mail you and we sign you up with one, nothing mailed. The discounted and Free benefits will be mailed to you and we enroll you in the $500 super lab physicals.

CALIFORNIA

MEMBERS     California only members are inrolled in two dental plans. The two dental plans will be   

ONLY           mailed to you. One will be in your Discounted and free benefits membership booklet.
